I'm building Power BI reports for Mercedes-Benz applications at EPAM Systems, analyzing app experience, usage, and engagement metrics across the Car Sales stream. I translate global stakeholder requirements into reliable BI solutions and use Git-based CI/CD workflows for controlled deployment.

Previously at bp, I engineered end-to-end people analytics solutions in Microsoft Fabric, using Dataflow Gen2, Notebooks, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Direct Lake semantic models, and PySpark. I delivered Skills Search, Recruiter Index, and Requisition Tracker solutions for Talent Acquisition leadership.

At Access GOC Malaysia and TM Digital Innovation, I designed interactive dashboards from wireframes and prototypes through production, combining Figma, Power BI, Tableau, Vega-Lite, SVG, SQL, and Azure Databricks. I've led UI/UX decisions, created accessible dashboard standards, and built executive reporting for cloud costs, product availability, IT operations, procurement, and internal audit.
