As an Associate Infrastructure Specialist, I work as an IAM Analyst, onboarding accounts and groups for new build servers.
I manage user accounts in Active Directory, including creating, modifying, and deleting user IDs. I also create organizational units and groups, provide group access, and create security groups for share paths.
I manage accounts on OKTA and Hitachi Identity Manager. My responsibilities also include creating distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and public folders.
My background includes identity and access management, role-based access management, and cloud computing. I hold certifications in identity and access management and automation using Ansible.
