I'm looking for IAM, Active Directory, or operations support work where I can manage secure user access, resolve complex requests, maintain compliant records, and collaborate with business, IT, security, and audit teams.

At Altera Digital Health, I manage IAM activities across onboarding, offboarding, role changes, access reviews, and access-related incidents. I work with Active Directory, RBAC models, access governance, and AS400 production operations to keep user access accurate, compliant, and aligned with least-privilege principles.
