I’m looking to support secure, scalable identity access programs—designing RBAC and SoD controls, running SailPoint/Active Directory lifecycle operations, and using Python/ServiceNow/Power BI to automate workflows and improve compliance.

I’m an Identity & Access Management (IAM) professional with 3+ years managing enterprise access workflows, user provisioning, and SailPoint IdentityIQ support. I design and validate Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks, aligning role-entitlement and HR datasets to business functions while addressing Segregation of Duties (SoD) gaps with stakeholders.

I bring a strong analytical and operational focus—automating access analysis pipelines with Python, delivering compliance-ready reports, and maintaining data accuracy for audit and governance. I also manage global Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes in Active Directory, handle account aggregation, and resolve IAM incidents through ServiceNow with SLA compliance, continuously improving identity lifecycle SOPs and troubleshooting.
