I am a results-driven Cybersecurity Analyst and IT Support Specialist with a strong foundation in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure. My expertise includes threat analysis, cloud security, and technical support, complemented by certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, and AWS Cloud Practitioner. I am currently pursuing a B.S. in Information Technology and an M.S. in IT Management, which fuels my passion for securing digital assets and optimizing IT operations.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in various roles, including Data Entry & IT Support Specialist at the Caribbean Youth Development Institute, where I ensured the integrity and security of organizational data. My previous positions at IBEX Global and JAMTECH Security Professionals allowed me to hone my technical support skills while leveraging my cybersecurity knowledge to assist clients in securing their IT environments. I have also engaged in numerous cybersecurity projects, including deploying secure virtual machines and conducting vulnerability assessments, which have further solidified my commitment to enhancing cybersecurity measures.
