At DSM-Firmenich, I’m embedded in the global Source-to-Pay (S2P) Optimization team—identifying improvement opportunities, managing data pipelines, and delivering end-to-end automation and AI solutions. I designed and deployed 3 agentic AI products, eliminating 1,800+ hours of annual manual effort, and led a €10M cost initiative approved by the CPO.

My work blends process intelligence, enterprise platforms, and stakeholder alignment: I built an end-to-end Copilot Studio competitor intelligence pipeline, implemented Celonis process analytics to surface 5+ systemic P2P bottlenecks, and coordinated SAP → Mendix application onboarding to keep data integrity and UAT aligned. From AP Service Desk AI agents and Mendix invoice workflows to ServiceNow NOVA automations and Lean Six Sigma improvement, I’m motivated by building practical solutions that reduce manual work, improve resolution quality, and earn adoption through clear ways of working.
