At Avenir Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd, I lead end-to-end enterprise RPA delivery using Automation Anywhere A360, from requirements through production support. I delivered 50+ A360 automation projects for clients including Mphasis, EY, and Lupin, and led the migration of solutions from Automation Anywhere Enterprise v11 to A360.
I also develop Kore.ai chatbots, including DIA for Fullerton India and Zoey for UAE Exchange, and bring earlier .NET development experience. My work spans Control Room administration and deployments on Azure and GCP, alongside integrations with SAP, SQL Server, REST APIs, and other business systems.
