I manage Agile delivery in JIRA, including sprint planning, story allocation, estimation, risk management, governance calls, and stakeholder reporting. I also design and deploy Blue Prism workflows for Sally Beauty Holdings and RPA solutions for Macquarie Bank using Blue Prism, Power Automate Desktop, and REST APIs.
Previously at EXL Service, I led end-to-end RPA implementations for Cuna Mutual Insurance and New York Life Insurance, automating tax filing and wealth-management exception workflows across desktop, web, Java, and SAP GUI applications.
My foundation in .NET development began at NIIT, where I built interactive e-learning applications and LMS-integrated assessment functionality using C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I bring more than 12 years of IT experience and 7+ years focused on intelligent automation.
