At GoKwik, I built Kwik AI, a multi-tenant AI assistant that gives D2C merchants plain-English answers across revenue, campaigns, messaging, cart recovery, support, and more. I shipped 30+ SQL tools, RAG context retrieval, guarded write actions, tenant isolation, PII sanitization, and internal analytics tooling that reduced reporting from hours to minutes.
I also led GoKwik's UK and EU platform rollout, building consent, GDPR, Klaviyo, and Shopify capabilities that enabled merchant onboarding. I engineer event-driven systems with Node.js, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and AWS, including a serverless webhook platform scaled from 30,000 to 90,000 requests per minute.
