At Sense, I build the workflow and messaging foundations behind a distributed automation platform processing 100M+ events a day. I owned end-to-end delivery of a Campaign service supporting 1,000+ live campaigns and re-architected a Python webhook processor to reduce its EC2 footprint by 85%.
I built Grace, Sense’s conversational AI backend using Python, FastAPI, LangGraph, MySQL, and OpenSearch. It provides one SSE chat surface across six specialised agents, with RAG over product documentation, and I led the BFF redesign into an MCP server exposing five agentic tools.
I’ve also built a no-code integration platform on Apache Camel across 15+ external services, redesigned Kafka scheduling to use asynchronous SQS workers, and established monitoring through Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, and JMX metrics.
Earlier, I delivered custom-domain support on AWS, increasing site traffic by 15%, and implemented gRPC APIs across five microservices. I also built KitPaglu, a football-kit discovery platform aggregating 3,000+ listings across 10+ retailers.
