What I'm looking for
I’m a Medical Claims Data Processor focused on accurately entering and processing high volumes of medical claim data, including sensitive patient, account, and payment information. I review and categorize claims for approval, denial, and exception criteria while maintaining strict accuracy and confidentiality aligned with HIPAA.
Previously, I coordinated daily outbound shipments, prepared and processed shipping documentation like bills of lading and invoices, and served as a primary point of contact for customer and carrier questions.
