I’m a results-driven Microsoft 365 Technical Support Engineer, resolving 200+ incidents across Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. I focus on maintaining high first-contact resolution (FCR) rates while delivering clear, step-by-step guidance to non-technical users.

I administer Microsoft 365 and identity operations using Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), supporting 100+ user accounts. I handle license management, permissions, group policies, and MFA enforcement, and I use PowerShell automation (basic scripts) to reduce manual admin work.

I strengthen support outcomes through incident management, root cause analysis, and strict SLA compliance. For complex cases, I escalate Tier 2 incidents with full documentation and clean audit trails, and I develop SOPs and troubleshooting guides to improve team consistency and time-to-resolution.

I also contribute to security and adoption by delivering phishing awareness and data-security training sessions. I’m currently pursuing Microsoft MS-900 certification, and I bring a structured, detail-oriented approach that helps teams prevent repeat issues and operate with confidence.
