I'm looking to apply my end-to-end QA, data validation, regulatory reporting, and test-management experience in an Agile team delivering accurate, auditable, production-ready enterprise solutions.

I am a highly experienced Senior QA Software Test Analyst with approximately 40 years of IT experience, including extensive experience in software testing, functional testing, system testing, regression testing, UAT, data quality and defect management. My background has given me a strong understanding of the full software development and testing lifecycle, as well as the ability to work effectively with developers, business analysts, project managers and business users.Throughout my career, I have worked on complex systems where accuracy, reliability and data integrity were critical. I have extensive experience analysing requirements, developing test scenarios and test cases, executing tests, identifying and investigating defects, performing regression testing and ensuring that systems meet both technical and business requirements.My experience also includes working within Agile environments and collaborating closely with development and business teams to identify issues early and improve the overall quality of delivered systems. I am comfortable working independently, managing testing activities and deadlines, and communicating testing results and risks clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Although the majority of my automation experience has been on the testing and test-case side rather than writing automation scripts myself, I understand automation concepts and can read and understand automation code. I am also very willing to upskill in the automation tools and frameworks used by an organisation. Having started my career as a COBOL developer, I have a strong technical foundation and confidence in my ability to learn new technologies and testing frameworks quickly.I am particularly interested in contract and project-based opportunities, including Senior Test Analyst, Senior QA Analyst, Data Quality Tester, UAT/Test Analyst, Test Lead and related positions.
