I am a handson person and a well organised, professional, creative, innovative and hardworking individual. I have accumulated experience in support work, sales, customer care, complaints handling, report writing and meeting skills, and I love to do my best in every circumstance.

At Zimworx, I worked in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) from 22-01-2024 to 15-03-2024. I created reports and analyzed data, identified lost revenue, collected payments, implemented RCM strategies to minimize losses, and managed insurance claims denials to understand what services the company would receive payment for. I also posted payments online, followed up on collections, and assessed overdue outstanding accounts using aging reports.

Before that, I worked at Afroquest Clothing Company (2022-2024) as a Salesperson, handling advertising online, negotiating sales for executive clothing, and closing sales. I also strengthened my credentials with a Diploma in Marketing, a Diploma in caregiving, and multiple healthcare billing qualifications including Medical Billing and Coding (ICD10/11) and Accounts Receivable through Alison and additional training through Planet DDS.
