At Ark Valley Humane Society, I create and distribute a bi-weekly newsletter for the volunteer and foster community. I gather updates from shelter programs and staff, then shape them into timely communications with Canva and Constant Contact.
I also conduct home visits and onboard new animal fosters, sharing education and resources to help them feel prepared and connected.
As Lodging Manager at The Good Dog Spot, Dog Daycare and Kennel, I created monthly promotions, including recipes and written content for boarding guests. I also prepared informational materials about services, events, and safety.
At The Good Dog Spot, I supervised a team of six employees and used Google Workspace to organize schedules and operational information. Earlier, as Publicist for the University of Massachusetts Belly Dance Team, I designed promotional materials and social media graphics using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
