As a Senior Technical Support Engineer with over 5 years of experience, I have honed my skills in IT support and education, particularly in Microsoft 365 administration. My journey began with a strong foundation in Information Technology, leading to a Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering. I have spent more than 3 years specializing in Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, where I have developed a robust understanding of cloud environments and security compliance.

At Wicresoft, a Global Microsoft Partner, I have successfully administered and supported various Microsoft 365 services, managed Azure AD identities, and developed PowerShell scripts to automate user onboarding and administrative tasks. My role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud services and ensure compliance with corporate policies. I take pride in documenting best practices and system processes, which contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations.

Beyond my technical expertise, I am passionate about mentoring and educating others, having served as an Assistant Lecturer at Woldia University. I thrive in environments that foster learning and innovation, and I am always eager to explore new advancements in technology.
