I am a Technical Support Engineer focused on Microsoft Azure services, delivering developer support and solution consulting to domestic and international customers.

At Microsoft I handled 400+ domestic and international customer cases with an average satisfaction rating of 4.92/5 and developed custom Azure applications using REST APIs and SDKs (C#/JavaScript). I used Fiddler and Wireshark for network packet analysis and applied Kusto queries for log investigation to resolve complex service incidents.

I designed and developed EyesOnDoc, an AI-powered tool leveraging Azure OpenAI services to detect and push important document updates, deploying 15+ products with an efficiency rate of 74%. I implemented backend workflows with Azure Function App, classified and filtered commits using Azure OpenAI before storing results in Cosmos DB, and built a Teams Bot front end with SharePoint summaries and Power BI analytics dashboards.
