At Hawque Protection Group, I manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires, coordinating documentation, orientation, training, and their transition into field operations. I also coordinate staffing across client accounts and build training programs that support compliance and operational readiness.
As Account Manager, I managed client relationships and directed security operations across up to 15 client locations. I led a workforce of nearly 60 guards, supervisors, and leads, and developed account-specific security protocols and post procedures.
I advanced through security roles at Hawque Protection Group, from Security Guard to field and site supervision. My work included conducting inspections, responding to incidents, supporting officer training, and coordinating coverage and operational follow-up.
