At InfibeamAvenues, I managed key accounts and corporate acquisition for 200+ enterprise clients. My work supported more than ₹20 Cr in merchant transaction volumes.
I tracked merchant activation and performance using Power BI, and drove over ₹20 Lakh in cumulative revenue. In one milestone month, I secured ₹3.10 Lakh in setup fees against a ₹50K target.
I handled onboarding across CCAvenue and BillAvenue, coordinating with Underwriting, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Service teams. I also supported the rollout of CCAvenue’s POS product line and Form Builder solutions.
Earlier, at Sitel Communication, I supported banking and internet clients with customer service, account documentation, and transaction-related escalations. I also hold a Master of Management Studies in Marketing from St. Francis Institute of Management & Research.
