Dennis Venslauskas
@dennisvenslauskas
Principal consultant who drives cross-border market entry, policy research, and stakeholder-aligned strategy.
What I'm looking for
I lead with a purpose: to build, question, listen, and leave behind frameworks that endure. In my current role, I’ve focused on turning complex public-and-private challenges into practical, board-ready direction.
As Principal Consultant (2022–Present), I led UK expansion for a world’s largest urban agriculture firm, delivering £75B+ AUM impact across real estate and investment stakeholders. I also executed market entry into the U.S. and Canada for a Danish IP firm, and advised institutional stakeholders on statewide employment reform.
I translate evidence into action through research and convening. I co-authored an International IDEA report on U.S. election reform—leading primary research, surveys, and interviews with top-level politicians and executives—and directed a workforce innovation summit aligning government and high-cap sponsors.
Earlier experience strengthened my ability to operate across governance and strategy. I served as a Legislative Assistant to an MPP, drafting provincial bills on civic inclusion and identity, producing executive briefings, securing $8.7M intergovernmental funding, and leading reputation risk analysis and media sentiment tracking. I also supported institutional planning at the University of Toronto and developed market entry protocols and risk models as an Investment Associate.
