At Consorcio del Pichincha (CONDELPI), I coordinated delivery of the Renting Pichincha client platform, which has 300+ registered, operational clients, automated billing processes and a vehicle after-sales management module.

I also drove a digital vehicle handover records project that generated 12,000+ records and integrated with the client platform, supplier platform and in-house ERP. I coordinated four systems developers, vendors and stakeholders through daily follow-up, formal requirements documents and Gantt schedules.

At CONDELPI, I updated and standardized policies, processes and documentation for five group companies, and developed Power Apps solutions and corporate automation initiatives. I also supported ERP/DMS platforms, UAT and training, and proposed process improvements.

Earlier, I updated BPMN 2.0 process diagrams at Gestiona GTX and conducted internal ISO 9001 audits, led external ISO 9001:2015 recertification and managed the Balanced Scorecard. At Oxialfarm, I implemented an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System; I'm currently completing a Project Management Co-op Diploma at Greystone College and am open to remote contract roles in Pacific Time.
