What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and improve quality-focused development workflows while building automated testing solutions, collaborating across teams, and delivering reliable platform improvements.

At Maya Philippines, I lead a squad of developers, quality engineers, and service engineers to deliver fast, quality development cycles aligned with company processes and targets.

I translate business rules into technical solutions, coordinate with Business, Operations, Information Security, and development squads, and remove impediments. I also continue hands-on quality work through test cases, Cypress and Behave automation, manual testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and performance testing.

Previously at Voyager Innovations and Maya, I introduced Cypress JS, GitLab CI downstream automated test jobs, parallel automation runs, and additional testing for AWS-based components. My earlier software engineering work at Pointwest included maintaining internal projects, fixing bugs, adding features, and onboarding projects.
