At Strattec de México, I supported planning, validation, and launch activities for new Audi and Volvo projects. I coordinated across New Projects, Engineering, Production, Inspection, and Maintenance, and prepared project and inspection documentation.
At Dog Style, I analyzed new-model specifications, feasibility, and bills of materials to determine production needs. I participated in scheduling approximately 7,500 pieces per week across 16 production lines and coordinated material follow-up with partner teams.
At Mahuestic, I developed weekly material plans and daily production schedules, monitored production and inventory, and prepared operational reports. At Kasai Mexicana, I tracked supplier orders and lead times and followed up on potential material delays.
In my current freelance work, I develop Excel tools for sales, collections, inventory control, product costing, and material consumption. I also create digital product content, using ChatGPT for drafts that I review and edit for accuracy.
