I am looking for opportunities to continue managing projects and leading cross-functional initiatives, regardless of industry. I am interested in roles where I can use my experience in project coordination, problem-solving, process improvement, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver measurable results.

Mechanical Engineer & Project Manager driving data-driven improvements in production, equipment readiness, and operational efficiency.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Mechanical Engineering graduate from CETYS University with hands-on experience in equipment engineering, production improvement, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. My career has been shaped by a strong continuous-improvement mindset, combining technical problem-solving with data analysis and practical project execution.
At Skyworks Solutions, I led improvement initiatives in the Test area, including the development of a centralized command center that provided real-time visibility into equipment status and enabled faster issue identification and response. By monitoring production performance data, identifying recurring issues, and coordinating corrective actions across teams, I helped increase area effectiveness from 63% to 91% while simplifying daily operations for production leaders.
I use Root Cause Analysis, 5S, and data-driven problem solving to address recurring operational challenges related to equipment readiness, organization, communication, and training. I also managed 50+ procurement requests for tools, materials, and equipment, supporting both daily departmental operations and improvement projects.
Previously, as a Production Engineering Intern at Amphenol TCS, I led monthly improvement projects focused on production efficiency and process optimization. I also generated weekly reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Beyond my professional experience, I have developed strong leadership and project management skills through CETYS Mini Baja, where I served as Chassis and Ergonomics Co-Captain and later managed a transmission design project. I have also taught SolidWorks through one-on-one tutoring and technical workshops, helping students develop skills in 3D modeling, assemblies, and technical drawings.
I am particularly interested in opportunities involving project management, operations, continuous improvement, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, and technical problem-solving. I enjoy working on complex problems, collaborating across teams, and turning data and ideas into practical improvements with measurable results.
