At ISTA Solutions, I source applicants through Seek, Indeed, and other job boards while supporting recruitment for around 10 active openings. During higher-volume periods, I conducted 30+ phone screenings and evaluated applicants against role requirements before endorsement.
I initiated TikTok lead sourcing as a recruitment channel the team hadn't previously used, identifying 21 potential leads within the first month. I also produce video reels, promotional posts, and interactive posts to support employer branding and social media growth.
My work combines recruitment support with social media content creation. I use Canva and CapCut for content, and Workable, Seek, and Indeed for recruitment.
