What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply my aquatic fieldwork and ecological data analysis to aquatic conservation and fish ecology, helping build evidence-based management for marine and freshwater ecosystems.

I’m an early-career marine ecologist with experience in aquatic fieldwork, experimental biology, and ecological data analysis. My work is strongly shaped by Baltic Sea research through MSc studies, mesocosm experiments, and shipboard sampling campaigns.

In my MSc in Marine Biology at Stockholm University, my thesis focused on how deterministic versus stochastic processes shape benthic communities using a null model analysis framework and large ecological datasets. I build confidence through coursework in ecological statistics and data analysis with R, marine ecology and Baltic Sea ecosystems, and evidence-based ecosystem management.

I also translate research into actionable conservation through projects and collaborations—such as seagrass and dugong conservation via drone mapping and habitat assessment, and laboratory experiments on juvenile European sea bass. Alongside my ecology training, I’ve started working as an AI-trainer, supporting the improvement of AI models through project-based tasks.
