At Dept. Clinical Neuroscience, Sahlgrenska Academy, University of Gothenburg, I worked as a Research Associate analyzing patient datasets that included biomarker and clinical data. I performed longitudinal analysis to assess changes in protein biomarkers over time and documented the methods and results in scientific publications and presentations.
As a Doctoral Researcher in the same department, I managed and analyzed clinical and biomarker datasets and prepared data for statistical analysis using R, SPSS, and Excel. I also applied machine learning with Python to blood biomarker data during a research internship, and my PhD research focused on blood-based biomarkers in epilepsy.
