Thomas Demian
@demiant
Senior solution architect and developer combining backend microservices and quantitative modeling to deliver secure, scalable systems.
What I'm looking for
I’m a senior solution architect and developer with deep experience spanning microservice back-end design, cloud-based delivery, and quantitative finance engineering. I’ve designed and coordinated back-end modules in GCP-based microservice architectures, including data structures, interfaces, load balancing, and performance/stress testing, and I’ve supported digital transformation efforts such as security gateway onboarding and OCR/OIDC integrations.
Earlier in my career, I built valuation and risk model tooling for structured credit derivatives and automated trading research, mentoring and interviewing new team members along the way. Today, after a voluntary career break, I’m focused on preparing a professional shift by learning the Python ML/AI ecosystem and gaining hands-on experience with modern ML and AI libraries.
