I'm currently supporting day-to-day HR and administrative operations at VisionFund MFI, including recruitment coordination, employee records, onboarding, leave administration, reporting, and employee support.

Previously, at Kegna Beverages S.C., I coordinated end-to-end recruitment, supported HRIS data migration and verification, reviewed payroll information, and helped update HR policies and the employee handbook. I also supported employee engagement, onboarding, employee relations, and audit-ready personnel records.

At United Beverages S.C., I managed employee files, data entry, interview schedules, HR metrics, canteen reports, correspondence, and administrative coordination across employees and departments.

I've contributed to HR compliance audits, succession planning for 15 internal high-potential employees, and improved HR data accuracy through record verification and documentation updates.
