As a freelance Virtual Assistant & Email Marketer, I audit digital channels and research competitors for local businesses, including boutique hair salons. I design, build, and schedule email campaigns using MailerLite and Mailchimp.

I configure sender logistics, tailor campaign schedules to subscriber time zones, and review open rates, CTR, and CTOR to inform future campaign improvements. I also maintain calendar schedules and use filtering rules and auto-replies to support a Zero-Inbox system.
