I bring a blend of analytical experience from accounting, logistics operations, and administrative management. I’m drawn to solving real problems by understanding processes, spotting friction, and improving outcomes with a customer-first mindset.

Right now, I’m training in Product Design (UI/UX) and Product Management. I’m building hands-on strengths in wireframing, prototyping, user research, and product thinking—so my designs don’t just look good, they work in context.

In my logistics and e-commerce design projects, I researched users and SMEs, developed personas and user journey maps, and created low- and high-fidelity wireframes in Figma. I also analyzed usability and redesigned checkout flows by simplifying navigation and payment steps, turning insights into testable prototypes.

At work, I’ve coordinated cross-functional stakeholders, improved operational workflows, and managed reporting with attention to accuracy. I want to bring that same structured problem-solving and communication style into product teams—helping deliver intuitive experiences that improve both business performance and user satisfaction.
