I've built and maintained four ministerial applications at TAC-TIC, delivering React and Laravel features that improved performance and system stability.

I design end-to-end systems, from responsive interfaces and database integrations to 30+ RESTful APIs, secure payment integrations, and configurable subscription-management platforms for multi-regional transport companies. I also built an AI model for ID-photo validation that reduced manual verification effort and errors by up to 60%.

Security is central to how I build: I've implemented offline CAPTCHA and rate limiting, hardened Nginx servers by blocking Tor exit nodes, configured SSL certificates, and integrated secure government APIs.

Across ERP, transit, expense-management, medical appointment, and project-management products, I've worked closely with clients to gather requirements, test solutions, resolve issues, and document delivery. My earlier network-security work included firewall, VPN, access-control, IDS/IPS, and UTM simulations using pfSense, ClearOS, and GNS3.
