What I'm looking for

I want to lead STEM education and community-based programming where I can apply SEI-informed, K-8 pedagogy, build high-engagement learning experiences, and direct multi-site operations with strong stakeholder communication.

I’m an accomplished M.Ed. educator and Program Director with over 20 years of leadership in STEM education and large-scale community management. I bridge K-8 pedagogy with community-based program delivery, using brain-based learning to strengthen memory and concept transfer. I’m SEI-endorsed with an Arizona Elementary K-8 Certificate and a Middle Grade Science Endorsement.

I’ve directed multi-site operations and educational initiatives for major non-profits, bringing a strong operational backbone to every classroom and community program. In schools, I lead 3-Dimensional Science instruction and PLTW Design and Modeling using Tinkercad, while also spearheading Middle School STEM initiatives and specialized enrichment plans for high-achieving learners.

I’m passionate about inclusive education and effective delivery—supporting dual-identified students with SEI-informed scaffolding and adaptive classroom management, while maintaining laboratory safety protocols and a high-engagement learning environment.
