What I'm looking for

I'm looking to expand my impact through program development, instructional design, character education, and values-driven leadership that strengthens learning for educators, school leaders, and teacher candidates.

At Grand Canyon University, I lead the Canyon Center for Character Education, developing its virtual learning hub, courses, professional learning initiatives, applied research, and grant-funded programming.

I've spent 20+ years advancing teacher preparation, curriculum, accreditation, and K–12 instruction. I bring experience leading cross-functional teams, mentoring teacher candidates, designing learning experiences, and building values-driven programs that support educators and school leaders.
