What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to lead supply chain, logistics, order-management, and ERP improvement initiatives, with scope to improve delivery performance, optimize costs, strengthen customer experience, and build effective cross-functional teams.

At Herbalife International India, I lead SCM support for home-delivery orders, managing a four-member team, carrier performance, RTOs, reships, delivery TAT, and order-delivery analytics. I also work across teams to optimize costs and build integrated track-and-trace capabilities using BI, Oracle, and Clickpost.

I've managed procurement, planning, inventory, distribution, imports, order execution, statutory compliance, and ERP improvements at Kaynes Technology, Omron Automation, and Ranbaxy. My work includes SAP and JDE ERP processes, sales and distribution implementation, import documentation, production planning, MIS reporting, and on-time customer delivery.
