I currently manage daily operations at Sis & Style Co, an Indian fashion and handmade jewellery store. I design and manufacture resin jewellery, keychains, hair accessories, and custom gifts while managing in-store and online sales.

I handle buying, merchandising, stock planning, pricing, supplier negotiations, billing, packaging, dispatch, accounts, invoices, expenses, cash, UPI, and bank reconciliation. I also prepare GST sales and purchase records and coordinate GST filing with the CA.

Previously, I sourced talent at BusinezAvenuez HR Consulting by building candidate pipelines through job portals, Boolean searches, LinkedIn, messaging, and screening interviews. I also supported employee relations, coached new candidates, and organized technical and non-technical interviews.

My earlier administrative experience includes coordinating meetings, events, projects, budgets, reports, executive calendars, client communications, and quotations at Tropical Offshore Services. I also built and managed an online fashion store through social networking, digital marketing, vendor sourcing, promotions, and e-commerce.
