I’m an Operations & Delivery Leader with 20+ years of experience driving large-scale, SLA-driven programs across Autonomous Vehicle (AV) data labeling, AI-adjacent services, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), EdTech, and digital publishing operations. I’m known for stabilizing complex delivery environments while enforcing quality governance and improving execution predictability.
In my current role at iMerit Technology, I lead end-to-end AV data labeling and archiving programs across LiDAR, Computer Vision, polygon annotation, and 3D point cloud workflows. I own daily operations, capacity planning, throughput management, and SLA adherence across multiple workstreams, while scaling multi-geo teams with strict quality benchmarks.
Previously, as a Team Manager at WhiteHat Jr, I led teacher quality operations for large-scale online learning delivery, designing quality review, coaching, and escalation frameworks during rapid scale-up.
