At HERE Technologies, I’ve led execution activities across global production and quality teams to meet delivery timelines and SLA commitments. I maintain governance documentation (including RAID logs, delivery schedules, and sprint progress reports), track risks/issues/dependencies, and coordinate mitigation with stakeholders. I also prepare weekly project status reports and KPI dashboards using Excel and Power BI for leadership review, helping resolve delivery blockers through cross-team communication.

In my earlier role, I supported Agile project execution by tracking sprint tasks, incidents, and quality metrics within JIRA. I maintained dashboards for delivery KPIs, defect trends, and SLA performance, helped keep project documentation, SOPs, and workflow process maps up to date, and mentored new team members on project tools and quality processes.

I also focus on continuous improvement through automation and process rigor. I built an automated Excel-based Project Tracking & Quality Validation framework with rule-based checks to identify missing dates, incorrect error categorization, and specification mismatches—improving data accuracy, audit readiness, and delivery visibility while reducing manual validation effort.
