Led enterprise identity and access management across AWS and external IdPs, integrating AWS IAM Identity Center with Okta and Microsoft Entra ID via SCIM and SAML/OIDC federation. Implemented MFA/conditional access governance and improved Windows security posture by achieving ~90% CIS Benchmark alignment through Intune configuration compliance and Autopilot provisioning.

Built scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform and automated AWS account provisioning with Organizations and Control Tower (AFT), standardizing reusable modules for EC2, IAM, RDS, and S3. Upgraded production EKS clusters (v1.21 to v1.24) and migrated ElasticSearch workloads to EKS, integrating New Relic observability for Fargate with zero downtime.

Delivered AWS infrastructure for multiple customer environments using Terraform and IaC best practices, implementing EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, VPC peering, IAM, Route53, CloudTrail, WAF, GuardDuty, and bastion access patterns. Supported monitoring with CloudWatch and observability tools while contributing to AWS migration/modernization and cloud cost optimization.

Led Windows Server and virtualized infrastructure operations, managing Active Directory, IIS, DNS, GPO, MSSQL administration, and DR workflows (backup/restore and replication). Served as senior escalation for production P1 incidents, performing root cause analysis and modernization work including LDAP/PAM authentication and Duo MFA.

Administered Linux hosting for enterprise/hosting workloads across CentOS, RHEL, Ubuntu, and Debian, managing web stack components including Apache, Nginx, MySQL, DNS, and SSL/TLS. Resolved website outages, performance and database issues, and security incidents while maintaining Nagios-based monitoring and SLA-driven uptime operations.

Provided technical support for Linux and Windows hosting on shared and dedicated platforms, handling IIS hosting, DNS configuration, email systems, MSSQL, FTP access, and control panel issues. Troubleshot outages and mail delivery failures, supported monitoring and incident escalation, and assisted with root cause analysis.
