I’m a highly motivated post graduate Chemical Engineer with strong knowledge of core engineering, process development, and experimental design. I bring advanced laboratory techniques, data analysis, and clear technical reporting to turn process challenges into measurable improvements.

During my Production Engineer internships, I oversaw daily operations in ADU, VDU, and FCCU units, monitored KPIs for optimal production flow and quality control, and performed detailed efficiency evaluations of the FCCU furnace using thermodynamic analysis and process simulations. I also strengthened paint manufacturing operations at Kansai Nerolac by assessing and improving the Premixing Unit to enhance product consistency.

My projects reflect my focus on sustainable outcomes and practical impact—direct thermal liquefaction of bagasse for bio-oil production through hydrothermal liquefaction (HTL) parameter optimization, and an app development project to calculate chemical properties using React Native, JavaScript, and API integration (reducing manual calculation time by 30%). I’m also motivated by techno-economic thinking, having led a feasibility study on producing hydrogen from shale gas across cost, energy efficiency, and sustainability scenarios.
