I'm building Virtual Roots at BanyanNode, designing an AI orchestration layer for a VR STEM education platform. I position the AI facilitator/copilot as a product component spanning content orchestration, session flow, engagement, and reporting.
At HCSS, I drove product analytics and KPI development to understand user behavior, identify adoption patterns, and support product decisions. I built Power BI dashboards for product strategy reviews and partnered across engineering, product, and customer success to prioritize roadmap initiatives.
