At A Confidential Firm, I’m the senior technical authority for a multi-entity international organisation. I unified collaboration across six Microsoft 365 tenants and designed a standardised technical due-diligence framework used to assess three acquisitions.
I led tenant consolidations and Google Workspace migrations to bring acquired businesses onto one tenant and security baseline. I also established cross-tenant identity, regional data residency, and governance for data and app changes.
At TechKher Services, I built a 400-point Microsoft 365 audit mapped to NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and Microsoft Secure Score. I delivered security, migration, and hardening engagements, and began building tools to automate tenant discovery and compliance reporting.
Earlier, I worked on Microsoft cloud architecture and migrations at Dell Technologies, Eastern Enterprise (N-able), Dimension Data, and SADA Systems. At SADA Systems, I led the technical team on a cloud migration that saved a client $500K a year; I also supported Microsoft FastTrack onboarding for 58,000 users.
