Deepanshu Kaushik

I’m a Product Designer with experience designing SaaS platforms, service systems, and AI-enabled workflows. I bring end-to-end product thinking—from discovery and problem framing to prototyping and validation—so complex processes become clear, scalable experiences.

In my recent UI/UX Design Intern role at D’ART Design, I led the end-to-end design of Greyspace, a client-facing CRM that turned fragmented creative workflows into a structured SaaS experience. I designed information architecture, user flows, interaction patterns, and high-fidelity interfaces, and I owned key product areas like dashboards, credit management, project tracking, briefing workflows, feedback systems, and delivery flows.

My work also centers on AI-native problem solving. For my service design thesis, “Reimagining the Creative Briefing Process,” I designed a natural language-driven, agent-driven briefing experience that guides contextual questioning, extracts implicit requirements, validates information quality, and generates designer-ready creative briefs. I built and tested agentic workflows using n8n and large language models to structure fragmented inputs into actionable project requirements.

I also strengthen products through research and accessibility. As a UX Intern at Finurja Pvt. Ltd., I conducted 20 usability tests and interviews, synthesized insights into prioritized recommendations, and collaborated with the product team to revise task flows and UI hierarchy—leading to improved usability and user engagement. Across projects, I’ve applied inclusive design to reduce cognitive load and improve confidence, including mobile experience concepts for older adults.
