What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design AI-powered and enterprise SaaS products, shaping end-to-end workflows, conversational experiences, and human-in-the-loop interactions alongside product and engineering teams.

At Rapid Innovation, I led end-to-end design for four AI-powered workflows and built a reusable library of 60+ AI interaction patterns, cutting design-to-development handoff time by 35%. I also redesigned human-in-the-loop AI flows to reduce task completion steps from nine to five.

I've designed enterprise platforms for 500+ employees at RR Donnelley, SaaS dashboards at NFN Labs, and independent digital product experiences as a freelance UX designer. My work spans user research, journey mapping, conversational UX, prototyping, scalable design systems, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams.
