At Tata Consultancy Services, I led digital transformation, ISO 20022 migration, and Open Banking delivery for Financial Ombudsman Service, Bank of America, and Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. I owned scope, schedules, budgets, governance, and delivery across cross-functional engineering, QA, and business teams.
I’ve delivered 50+ release cycles, managed 10+ concurrent programs, and built KPI, defect-health, and governance dashboards that improved release visibility, audit readiness, and operational stability. I use Agile and hybrid delivery models to turn business strategy into measurable roadmaps, manage risks and dependencies, and keep stakeholders aligned.
Earlier, I guided Jaguar Land Rover’s Next Gen Infotainment programs across three countries and began my career validating cryptographic and hardware-protected storage functions for Infineon’s Trusted Platform Module stack. I’m PMP and PSM II certified, with a focus on AI-enabled project management, forecasting, and data-driven delivery governance.

Directed end-to-end delivery for the FOS digital transformation program, coordinating 6 cross-functional teams through 12 planned releases. Built KPI and defect-health dashboards, cutting reopened defects nearly in half within two quarters.
Guided end-to-end delivery of Next Gen Infotainment programs across teams in 3 countries, aligning planning and governance with Intel, STC and JLR engineering leadership. Managed requirements and release readiness for 500+ functional deliverables.
Validated hardware-protected storage and cryptographic functions, including X.509, IPSEC, VPN and PKI standards, for the Trusted Platform Module stack. Trained 5-10 engineers and closed 100+ defects using HP Quality Center.
