I’ve supported business operations at Fidelity Investments, PayChoice, and LatinAmericaAlternatives Management through reporting, data validation, forecasting, CRM implementation support, and process improvement.

At Fidelity Investments, I coordinated daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting and ad hoc analysis using Excel, Access, Hyperion, and Crystal Ball. I applied Six Sigma, FMEA, and root-cause analysis to improve monitoring tools and address recurring customer pain points.

At PayChoice, I built an Excel sales forecasting model from scratch to compare pipeline projections with closed business and support VP-level resource decisions. I was later rehired to improve the model and train the next Sales Administrator.

I’ve also supported CRM dashboards, reporting, interaction tracking, and data improvements that increased database contacts by approximately 55% and reduced email errors by approximately 60%. Through Aline Content Studio, I continue to lead client discovery, research, documentation, recommendations, and AI-assisted workflows using Claude.
