I’m a communications and employee engagement professional with 3+ years of experience driving internal communications, stakeholder engagement, leadership communications, and employee-focused initiatives within a large corporate environment. I translate business priorities into clear, engaging communication strategies that improve awareness, participation, and alignment across diverse employee groups.

In my current role, I lead communication and engagement initiatives supporting strategic business priorities across an employee population of over 20,000. I develop and execute multi-channel communication campaigns, leadership messaging, and employee engagement initiatives to support organizational change and drive participation.

I partner with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen organizational culture and improve adoption of strategic priorities. I also monitor communication performance and employee sentiment, manage editorial calendars, and coordinate virtual and in-person employee engagement events—using insights to refine messaging for better impact.

Earlier, I supported customer communication and issue resolution, using feedback to identify communication improvements and process enhancements. As a National Service Corps Liaison Officer, I facilitated communication for 200+ corps members and led engagement initiatives reaching 1,000+ community members—building a strong foundation for stakeholder-centered storytelling and change communications.
