I've led data, analytics, and AI agendas at L'Oréal Group, Gain Theory/WPP, Genpact Digital, and Anheuser-Busch InBev across APAC, the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe.

At L'Oréal, I led Consumer and Media Analytics for SAPMENA, delivering GenAI, LLM, RAG, consumer intelligence, and marketing measurement initiatives. My work improved marketing ROI by 10–15%, increased higher-tier consumer engagement by about 20%, and improved conversion by about 35% through the Beauty Genius AI chatbot.

At Gain Theory, I owned the APAC analytics and AI portfolio with P&L accountability, built credit scorecards, economic loss forecasting, fraud detection, and marketing mix models, and drove more than 40% regional revenue growth within a year. I also established an APAC Analytics COE supporting executive client teams.

As an independent advisor, I assess and prioritize AI opportunities, shape AI roadmaps and operating models, and build practical agents with retrieval, guardrails, human review, and evaluation. Recent solutions include a claims-validation agent that automatically cleared 73% of 480 claims with zero incorrect rejections.
