I've built oncology navigation programs at Williamson Medical Group, guiding patients from diagnosis through treatment and organizing multidisciplinary tumor boards across oncology, surgery, and radiology.

My work centers on translating clinical evidence into actions physicians, nurses, coordinators, and patients can use. I bring more than eight years in oncology nursing and six years applying NCCN, MCG, InterQual, and CMS criteria to complex treatment plans, including peer-to-peer discussions with physicians and medical directors.

I created Oncology PA Solutions, a documentation-guidance tool that uses plain-language, role-adapted cancer prior-authorization checklists to improve first-pass approval readiness. I developed its clinical logic and instructional content and filed a U.S. provisional patent in September 2025.

As co-owner and instructor at 360 Krav Maga Spring Hill, I designed progressive curricula, taught adult learners with varied abilities, developed instructional staff, and managed operations for more than 170 active members. I'm ready to bring that combination of clinical depth, education design, program coordination, and practical training tools to medical education initiatives.
