What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead nursing education and quality improvement—strengthening regulatory readiness, building high-impact learning programs, mentoring teams, and driving QAPI/CQI outcomes that improve patient care.

I’m a Master’s-prepared Nursing Professional Development Educator and Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) with 17 years of experience across patient care, clinical education, regulatory compliance, and healthcare quality improvement. I’m known for leadership, innovation, and professional integrity, especially in high-pressure healthcare environments.

Most recently, I serve as a Nurse Manager for Nursing Education, leading nursing education initiatives and mentorship while strengthening clinical practice readiness. Previously, I was a Clinical Nurse Educator for Ambulatory Services and a Nurse Administrator/Educator focused on Clinical Quality Outcomes, where I developed, implemented, and led orientation and professional development programs for the ambulatory network.

I monitor clinical regulatory compliance and Joint Commission continued readiness for regulatory agency surveys, manage competencies and learning needs through an LMS administrator role, and ensure adherence to state, federal, and accreditation requirements. I act as a change agent by leading QAPI and CQI projects to improve clinical performance, practice, and patient outcomes, and I collaborate with nursing leadership to align education with staff learning goals.

Before moving fully into education and quality leadership, I built deep oncology expertise as a Clinical RN across infusion, hematology/oncology settings, including chemo infusion treatment, bone marrow transplant care, and blood product transfusion. I’m skilled in PIV insertion and maintenance, central line/mediport assessment and troubleshooting, supporting clinical trial patients through protocol compliance, and applying strong infection control principles while serving as a patient advocate and charge RN.
